Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we send regularly to Europe, Australia and USA. Free Worldwide shipping! Customs fees are your responsibility.
We take very good care of your models and pack them very carefully. We offer you as a gift with your commission a protective box with foam.
Can you magnetize the options of my models?
Will You paint a unit to match my existing army’s scheme?
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY AND HOW?
You pay as deposit the cost of all miniatures and you pay the remaining once the work is completed before shipment.
We use PayPal or bank transfert.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our high-end service is fully personalized. Refer to our services section to have an idea of the price, but remember: your miniature is unique so please ask for a quote.
WHAT KIND OF MINIATURE DO YOU PAINT?
We paint any type of miniature: 3D printed miniatures, Warhammer, Warhammer 40k, Bloodbowl, Warmachine, Infinity, Malifaux, Guildball, Various Boardgame etc.
We accept individual mini or huge armies.
CAN I CANCEL?
All deposits are non-refundable. As this is made to order, we don’t accept returns. Also read our Terms & Conditions.
CAN YOU BUY THE MODELS?
Yes, we can order the models for you and so you avoid having to send them to us.
